Refund policy

Data Grove Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (SSM 201901056712) offers paid programming consulting for database migration and integration. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for those services.

Eligibility

• Discovery fees: refundable within seven (7) calendar days of invoice payment if no discovery workshops have been delivered.
• Project fees: refundable within seven (7) calendar days of written project confirmation minus any work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs.
• Advisory retainers: unused prepaid hours may be refunded within seven (7) calendar days of purchase if no advisory sessions were held.

Non-refundable items

Deposits applied to reserved cutover weekends, milestone payments once the milestone work has started, and rush fees explicitly listed on the invoice are non-refundable.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule workshops with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Cutover support reservations require at least five business days’ notice to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

How to request a refund

Email info@datagrove.digital with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
